LOL! Man Who Jumped Into Lagos Lagoon After Stealing Cries For Help As He Couldn’t Swim

No matter what you are doing or planning to do, proper knowledge and planning is key. A desperate young man has learnt this lesson the hard way, almost losing his life in the process.

The suspected thief who could not swim, had jumped into the Lagos lagoon after snatching a phone from a passenger in traffic. The shocking incident happened yesterday afternoon.

Luck ran out on the thief after he couldn’t swim when he landed into the Lagoon.
He cried out for help and was eventually rescued by passersby who then recovered the stolen phone from him.

Ashamed of his act, the young man asked that he be thrown back into the lagoon but the people refused to lynch him or throw him into the Lagoon. He was later handed over to the police.
