Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Mary Remmy Njoku has claimed that an ambitious woman married to a successful man needs to put in more work before she gets some recognition.
Mary, a mother of three married to Iroko TV boss, Jason Njoku, stated this in a recent post shared on her Instagram page.
The filmmaker who manage their business together with her husband, said she work twice as hard to be acknowledged for her ambition and success.
“As an ambitious woman who is married to an ambitious and successful man in Africa, I have to work twice as hard to be acknowledged, jump twice as high to be seen and scream twice as loud to be heard. I guess I am just getting started“, she wrote.
