According to the police prosecutor, the 47-year old Oluwaseun allegedly hit his wife’s abdomen, silencing her and her unborn baby.
He was alleged to have committed the crime on April 3 in Akure, the state capital. Oluwaseun was remanded in police custody as Magistrate N. T Aladejana adjourned the case to September 8.
