Many Trapped As 3 Storey Building Collapses In Ibadan

Barely two days after a three-storey building collapsed in Ita Faji area, Lagos Island, another building has collapsed in Ibadan, Oyo State. Gistvic Reports.

According to reports coming from Oyo State, the building collapsed at Bode area after Molete bridge. People are still trapped and there are no equipments to rescue them.

At the site of the collapsed building, people trapped under the rubbles could be heard making phone calls crying for help.


The incident happened around 5:50pm, today, and the victims are currently waiting to be rescued.

At the time of this report, the casualty toll was not clear but a crowd is currently gathered at the scene of the building collapse. Gistvic Reports.


At 10:20, So far 6 people have been rescued in Ibadan building collapse. Many injured and almost 25 trapped. NO EQUIPMENT for 6 hours. Gistvic Reports.
