Rotherham United boss Paul Warne is delighted to see the training ground efforts made on Semi Ajayi paying off in match situations, reports Completesports.com.
Ajayi scored a brace for the Millers last Saturday to boost their Championship survival hopes with a 3-2 win over Blackburn at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.
“We have been working with him because his timing is not bad and his leap is a joke but then it doesn’t seem to hit him,” Warne told Rotherham United’s official website.
“We used to call him Toblerone head. But he got two headers and if he got two every week I’d be well happy. It’s good to share the goals out.”

Ajayi who has scored five goals this season has been called up by Gernot Rohr for the upcoming Super Eagles games against Seychelles in a final 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier and an international friendly against the Pharaohs of Egypt.
He is expected to make his 36th League appearance for Rotherham United when they take on Sheffield United in Saturday’s South Yorkshire derby.
Rotherham United are placed 22nd in the Championship table with 33 points from 35 games.
