
Tar Akombo will take charge at Lobi Stars on a temporary basis following the resignation of head coach, Daniel Amokachi.
Amokachi quit the post following the Pride of Benue’s 1-1 home draw against Katsina United last weekend.
The former Super Eagles assistant coach took charge of the team from Eugene Agagbe last year.

The Makurdi club currently occupy last position on the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, club after 24 games.
Akombo led the squad to Ibadan for the matchday 25 encounter against Shooting Stars.
They team had a light training session ahead of the game on Tuesday.
The encounter will hold at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan on Wednesday (today).
