Galatasaray have confirmed Victor Osimhen will spend time on the sidelines due to a muscle injury, reports Completesports.com.
The Nigeria international sustained the injury during the Turkish Super Lig champions away victory at Sivasspor on Sunday.
Osimhen scored Galatasaray’s second goal from the penalty spot in the 3-2 win.
The 25-year-old has so far scored seven goals and registered three assists in nine league appearances for Okan Buruk’s side.

The powerful striker was replaced by Victor Nelsson 16 minutes from time.
Galatasaray also revealed that the striker has already started treatment on the injury.
The Yellow and Reds however refused to give a timeline on when he will return to action.
