South Africa head coach, Duncan Crowie has named Nigerian-born forward, Michael Dokunmu in the Amajimbos final 23-man squad for the 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations.
Dokunmu was born to Nigerian parents in Kimberly, South Africa.
The 17-year-old is currently in the books of Eredivisie club, Vitesse Arnhem.

The youngster has scored four goals and recorded one assist for Vitesse’s U-18 side this season.
The Golden Eaglets and Amajimbos are drawn in the same group.
The two teams will clash at the Hamlaoui Stadium, Constantine on May 6.
Morocco and Zambia are the other teams in the group.
