There was panic among the residents of Ebute Meta area of Lagos State, when a middle-aged man suddenly collapsed while on his way to work and died as people failed to rush to his aid.

According to reports, an unidentified man who was probably going to work suddenly fell down and collapsed. He was said to be alive for a couple of minutes but everyone was afraid to go close to him and find out what’s happening.

After some time battling for his life, he gave up the ghost as the ambulance called also failed to show up for over one hour. The body of the deceased has since been evacuated by some members of his family.
