Davido & DJ Neptune Head To The Jungle In The Intimate Video For 'Démo'

Last Friday, DJ Neptune released the infectious bop, “Démo” — his first single of the year, assisted by afropop powerhouse, Davido. Over the weekend, the jam scored Neptune his first ever number one on iTunes, an achievement which he’s commemorated with the release of its video.

“Démo” is a typical afropop love song, boasting spritely production work by SperoachBeatz, and passionate Davido lyrics. The amorous tenets of the song are reflected in the sensual video, as DJ Neptune and Davido isolate themselves in the tropics with their respective lovers. 

Given their location in the jungle, the Nitin Lutch-directed video is dimly lit, thereby evoking the sexiness of the song. While Davido serenades his lady as she relaxes in a silky bathtub, DJ Neptune sits on his throne, entertained by a beautiful snake that has peacefully wrapped itself around his neck.
