For a while now, Nigeria‘s Victor Moses has been on loan at Turkish club, Fenerbahçe. In addition to the fact that his performances in the club have been nothing short of remarkable, we also now know that he’s one of the highest-paid players in the Süper Lig.
Turkish football site, FutbolArena, recently published a list of the ten highest-paid players in the league, and Moses turned out to be the only Nigerian on it. It’s no longer news that, in recent years, the Süper Lig has been home to a number of Nigerians, including Mikel Obi.
Apparently, Moses tops all the other Nigerian stars in earnings, as it’s reported he’ll pocket a salary of €3.2 million (over N1.27 billion) in the new season. That figure puts the 28-year-old at number five on the ten-man list, which includes Radamel Falcao, Steven Nzonzi and more.
