Since “Suffer Suffer”, Lady Donli has been relentless in the promotion of her imminent debut album, Enjoy Your Life. After sharing various promotional clips over the past few weeks, she has finally released the tracklist, and it’s every bit as tantalising as we’d hoped.

Although Lady Donli has given us a lot of insight into her album process, the tracklist has been a carefully guarded secret. As the two singles off the project were solo takes, we really didn’t have much of an idea of what to expect from Lady Donli’s Enjoy Your Life features.
With only one day to go until the album drops, Lady Donli has finally clued us in to whom she has enlisted for the project: the 15-tracker is set to feature some of the most enticing voices amongst Lady Donli’s cohort, including Tomi Thomas, Tems and Solis.
With a clear affinity for live music, Lady Donli’s Enjoy Your Life will also feature the performing artists’ treasured band, The Cavemen, who she has linked up with Nigerian-American sister duo, VanJess, on what we think will be a standout on the tape.
Enlisting Tems, amaarae, Solis, Somadina and VanJess, Lady Donli is exhibiting just how many talented female musicians there are in Nigeria or from Nigeria. Hopefully this album will get lots of people to listen to and appreciate the awesome music these women are making.
