Yves Bissouma started the scoring rush in the 52nd minute.
Spurs had the ball in the net again two minutes later from Alphonse Areola’s own goal.
Heung-min Son completed the scoring on the hour mark.
Kudus was sent off late in the game after lengthy VAR check.
