Nantes manager Antoine Kombouare is sad Moses Simon won’t see his action again this season, reports Completesports.com.
Simon fractured his ankle in Nigeria’s 2-0 friendly defeat to the Eagles of Mali on Tuesday.
The winger is expected to be sidelined for around three months after undergoing surgery on Friday.
A disappointed Kombouare stated that his absence will be a big low for the Canaries.

“We are sad for him (Simon) because he wanted to come back and help the team,” Kombouare told the club’s website.
“That is not the case. Now we have to do without him.
“It’s a huge blow for the team.”
The 28-year-old has scored three goals and provided six assists in 22 league appearances for Nantes this season.
