On Wednesday, March 20, the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) protested against the Labour Party’s planned national convention scheduled for the end of this month by rallying at the party’s secretariat.
The congress demanded the removal of the national chairman of the party, Julius Abure, for allegadly holding a “secret” convention without major stakeholder input.
