The National Emergency Management Agency ( NEMA) has confirmed two passengers have been rescued from the debris of the ill-fated helicopter that crashed at the Oba Akran area of Lagos state this afternoon, August 1, 2023.
According to a report by The Tribune, the South West coordinator of NEMA, Ibrahim Farinloye revealed that the Airport control tower confirmed that two people were onboard the crashed chopper and have been rescued.
Witnesses said they noticed the aircraft was flying low a few moments before it crashed.
