The former Minister of Transportation, Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, unsuccessful presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on returning to Rivers State, subscribed to reconciliation with a major political rival, Senator Magnus Abe, and other aggrieved APC members in Rivers State.

Amaechi, elated by the rousing reception on arrival at the Port Harcourt International Airport, Rivers State, by a mammoth crowd, asserted he is prepared for reconciliation with aggrieved APC members, including Senator Magnus Abe.

The former minister urged his supporters to cooperate and work for the victory of the APC in all the elections in the state; noting that there is more work to be done.

Amaechi, at the APC Secretariat in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, aroused the party members confidence, saying there is no cause for alarm, assuring that the APC will be on the ballot in Rivers State.
