CDQ spoke on his arrest by the Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency for allegedly violating the drug law on his social media page.
Sodiq Abubakar Yusuf, popularly known as CDQ was arrested on Wednesday night when men of the NDLEA visited his Lekki residence following an intelligence report .
According to the agency, the rapper has been granted bail but remains under investigation.
Femi Babafemi, NDLEA’s Director, Media, and Advocacy, confirmed that some substance known as ‘loud’ a cannabis variant was found in the rapper’s apartment.
Babafemi said the musician cooperated during his arrest and also availed them names of other big artists who use the substance.
CDQ stated that some persons are behind the false accusation and prayed that their actions would boomerang on them and their family.
