My 5 tips for businesses on social media.
Do not add an punctuation to you business name :
This makes you extremely hard to search for and find, it also makes it hard for you to get great hashtags or even get tagged at all .. try searching for a business page with any punctuation and see how hard it is. • Be personable
your customers want to know WHO they are sending money to ,they need to develop a connection with in turn breeds trust . Be yourself .
Get all your customers emails and phone numbers :
Social media shuts down every now and then , you do not want your business to go to a halt . Call and email your customers and get them to use other channels of communication often.
Add value :
It’s not everyday you market and force your customers to buy your products or service .Try teaching them something, share content that can be of help to them .create good engagement.
communicate with other businesses in your target market :
Have you ever heard of the saying , “iron sharpens iron “ communicate with other entrepreneurs in your field, comment on their pages , like pictures and expand your target audience.
ENGAGEMENT is the secret to breaking the ALGORITHM.
