Collapsed three-storey building kills four, traps others

A three-storey building where construction work was going on collapsed, killing about four workers and trapping many others in Abraka, Ethiope East Local Government Area, Delta State.

Report indicated that many other people were also trapped in the collapsed three-storey building.

National Daily learned that the building collapsed at about 5:30 am on Saturday resulting in the untimely death of four of the workers who had resumed for duty very early.

The cause of the building collapse is yet to be ascertained. Rescue teams were said to have been deployed to the scene.
