Father Mbaka, Catholic Priests Protests Against Killing Of Colleague By Fulani Herdsmen

The Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (AMEN), Fr. Ejike Mbaka has embarked on a man protest against the killing of Reverend Fr. Paul Offu by Fulani Herdsmen in Enugu state.

Mbaka and several other priests protested the murder of one of their own and the Parish Priest of St. James Greater Parish, Ugbawka, Rev. Father Paul Offu who was gruesomely murdered on Thursday.

His placard read; “When will this madness of the Fulani Herdsmen stop?”

Other angry Catholic priests marched to the Government House with placards, with inscriptions such as like ‘enough is enough’, ‘government should rise to defend Nigerians’ and more.

They also matched through the major streets in the state capital to the police headquarters, chanting ‘God save Enugu people from murderous Fulani herdsmen, ‘enough is enough, the government should do something and save us.”
