Ice Prince Teams Up With DJ Tunez For Catchy New Jam, ‘Hello Esther’

A few months ago, Ice Prince made his mainstream comeback when he enlisted Phyno and Falz for one of the best songs we’ve heard this year, “Feel Good”. Now, he’s been teamed up with Starboy’s DJ Tunez for a new catchy song, “Hello Esther“. 

There was a time when Ice Prince was one of the most successful artists out of Nigeria, however, these days, it feels like the rapper is starting from scratch. While his recent songs have seen him kind of ditch hip-hop for a more commercial sound, he spits a few bars on this song. 

On “Hello Esther”, he raps about his infatuation with the titular Esther, promising her heaven on earth if she heeds to his advances. The song’s super mellow beat leaves a lot of room for Ice Prince to show off his infectious flow, reminding us why we fell in love with him in the first place.
