Former Nigerian Minister of Education, madam Oby Ezekwesili has reacted to the demolition of two hotels in Rivers state by the state government, for flouting the lock down order.

Governor Wike on Sunday May 10,  ssupervised the demolition of two hotels for flouting the lock down order he imposed as part of measures to curtail the spread of Coronavirus in the state.

Madam Ezekwesili took to Twitter to react to the news of the demolition, Madam Oby said ”Power in the hands of persons without self-discipline in the absence of social accountability creates monsters in any society.”

She also advised the owners of the hotels that were destroyed to sue the state government.
