The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has revealed that one of the confirmed cases in the state has been discharged.
Governor El-Rufai revealed this development in a post on his Twitter account on Wednesday.
He said, “Commissioner of Health, Dr. Amina Mohammed-Baloni has announced the recovery and discharge of one of the six Covid-19 patients in the state.”
Recall that the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, on Tuesday, confirmed 19 new cases of Coronavirus across the country.
Another eleven case were later confirmed in Lagos bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 373.
So far in Nigeria, 99 have been discharged, with 11 deaths recorded.
