John Ogu is disappointed at Hapoel Beer Sheva’s 1-1 home draw with Maccabi Netanya in Saturday’s Israeli Ligat Al clash at the Turner stadium reports Completesports.com.

The draw was the eight of the season for the outgoing Israeli champions, Hapoel Beer Sheva.

Fatos Beqiraj gave the visitors the lead in the 15th minute but Ben Sahar salvaged a point for the Camels.

Hapoel Beer Sheva have managed only two league wins in their last ten games a run of form which has left the 30-year-old unhappy.

“Disappointing game and result tonight ..,” Ogu wrote via his Twitter handle @ogujohnugo.

The Nigerian international has made 16 league appearances this season scoring once for Hapoel Beer Sheva who are now seventh in the Israeli Ligat Al with 29 points from 21 league games.

Ogu is expected to be named in Nigeria’s Super Eagles squad ahead of the final round of the qualifying matches scheduled for late March 2019.

Gernot Rohr’s men host Seychelles in their final group game at the Stephen Keshi Stadium, Asaba on 23rd March in what is purely an academic exercise.
