Universal Pictures Wants To Make A Film About Anthony Joshua’s Career

Once you mention boxing right now, the one name that comes to mind is Anthony Joshua. The British-Nigerian is garnering a lot of well-deserved attention, and American production company, Universal Pictures is looking to tap into that by making a film about his career.

Come tomorrow, June 1st, Joshua will be taking on Andy Ruiz Jr in a fight that will mark the unified heavyweight champion’s debut in the US. If he wins, he’ll be one step closer to achieving his bid of becoming the undisputed world heavyweight champion.

Expectedly, the planned film will be based on this ambition, which has kept Joshua going throughout his career. While The Sun UK reports that he’s considering the offer, there’s no doubt that fans are dying for a glimpse into the life of the formidable boxer

With Universal set to release a documentary about four-time World Champion Panamanian boxer, Roberto Durán, it’s obvious,  that they’re looking to capture the attention of sports fans, and who’s a better subject than the beloved Anthony Joshua?
