Maleek Berry Reunites With Iykz On New Single, ‘Show Me Mercy’

Maleek Berry is one of the most consistent Nigerian collaborators working today, soaring on pretty much everything. Now, following a standout guest spot on GoldLink’s “Zulu Screams”, he’s reunited with Iykz — who he previously worked with on “They Know” — for “Show Me Mercy”.

“Show Me Mercy” opens with a mystical beat that instantly captivates, thanks to unsurpringly great work from production duo, LegenduryBeatz. Maleek Berry takes charge of the chorus, which opens the song before the London-based artist launches into his verses. 

On the catchy track, Maleek Berry and Iykz ask a lover to put her faith in them, promising that they are not the bad boys that people have made them out to be. Although the girl they speak to is hurt, the two ask for mercy as they look to get her back in their corner.
