An Islamic group, Ikhwatul–Islam Society of Nigeria, formerly known as Islamic Fellowship of Nigeria (IFN) will hold Ramadan Lecture on Sunday.
A statement by the Chairman, Organising Committee, Saheed Amusat stated that this year’s lecture is to honour the society’s late President, Alhaji Ismail Adesumbo Ileyemi, who died on April 10 last year.
The lecture will hold at Olorunsogo Central Mosque, Mushin, Lagos.
Chief Imam of Federal High Court, Lagos, Sheikh Ismail Abdul Quadri Shiginy will lead other guest speakers to speak on Enduring Charity: An Islamic Prescription for Poverty Alleviation.
