Former Super Falcons head coach Eucharia Uche says she can never rule the nine-time African champions out because they lost to Banyana Banyana of South Africa.

In their first Group C game on Monday in the ongoing 2022 WAFCON, the Falcons fell to a 2-1 defeat to South Africa which has made today’s game against debutants Botswana a must win.

And ahead of the clash with Botswana Uche a former Nigeria international, expressed confidence that the Falcons will be victorious in their next two group fixtures.

“Falcons will comfortably win this two games against Botswana and Burundi,” Uche said on Brila FM.

“They will comfortably pick wins in this two games and then reshuffle and regroup to know that they are into the competition proper.

“I can never rule out the Falcons out because they lost to South Africa.”
