“Delay is not denial” – Davido reacts as Oyetola defeats his uncle, Senator Adeleke at appeal court

Following the report that Osun State Governor, Gboyega Oyetola defeated Senator Ademola Adeleke at an Appeal Court sitting in the state, the latter’s nephew, who has been soliciting for him for a while now, has reacted to the news.

Davido, who had over time, been soliciting for his uncle took to his IG page moments ago to share how although the recent development hurts him, he and his’ are not going to back down yet, as “delay is not denial”.

The Appeal Court sitting in Osun state ruled in favor of Osun state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, in the Osun 2018 governorship elections.
The election petition tribunal had earlier ruled in favour of Senator Ademola Adeleke.

The judgment which was delivered by Justice Hannatu Sankey set aside the entire proceedings of the Tribunal because of its “faulty composition”. The judgment was upheld by four justices of the five-man panel.
