It is the second time the Yellow Submarine will be facing an English team in the competition this season having played against Manchester United in the group stage.
Paris Saint-Germain will be up against Manchester United in the standout fixture of the round.
The game will see Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo face each other again.
Ronaldo returned to Old Trafford after leaving Juventus while Messi departed Barcelona to move to Paris.
The duo faced off in the group stage of the Champions League last season as Juventus played Barcelona.
Holders Chelsea will face Ligue 1 champions Lille in another fixture.
The last-16 ties will be split across different weeks, with the first legs taking place on February 15-16 and February 22-23.
The second legs are then on March 8-9 and March 15-16.
