The Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on April 28 reported one-hundred-and-ninety-five confirmed new cases of Coronavirus codenamed COVID-19.
This makes the total confirmed cases of the novel virus in Nigeria to 1532.

Meanwhile, the federal government of Nigeria has disclosed the COVID-19 test results for members of the Chinese medical team who are in Nigeria to help efforts in containing the coronavirus pandemic.
According to the Minister of Health, Dr. Osagie Ehanire, who disclosed the result in Abuja on Tuesday during the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19, all members of the team tested negative to the coronavirus (COVID-19) infection.
