The second application to be determined by the court is an application by the 1st Respondent, INEC seeking the court to consider if the PDP and Atiku/Obi’s lead counsel, Dr. Livy Uzoukwu is not a legal practitioner called to the Nigerian Bar.
The court held that the allegation is unfounded and hereby struck out.
