Watch Wale & Jeremih Reunite In The Sultry Video For ‘On Chill’

A few weeks ago, Wale and Jeremih teamed up for the impressive “On Chill“, which we coined this year’s situationship anthem. Now, in a bid to circle our attention back to the jam, Wale has just released an accompanying music video, and it’s an absolute vibe.

“On Chill” is the second song from the duo, following their solid 2014 collab, “The Body”. While that song didn’t become the massive hit it clearly deserved to be, it showed that Wale and Jeremih have incredible chemistry — a fact that “On Chill” reaffirms.

Against a light, r&b-tinged beat, “On Chill” is powered by Wale’s ride-or-die mentality, as he acknowledges the ups and downs that come with relationships. While Jeremih handles the smooth hook, Wale raps about showing his partner love, even when things are rough,

For the accompanying music video, which was directed by Daniel CZ, we follow the tumultuous relationship Wale raps about. It shows things between the couple getting progressively worse, before they eventually find a middle ground and come together at the end of it.
