Nwakaeme now has two assists in the Turkish top flight this campaign.
The Nigeria striker set up teammate John Lundstram for Trabzonspor’s fourth goal with four minutes left to play.
Arsenii Batahov had opened the scoring for Trabzonspor in the sixth minute before Simon Banza made it 2-0 on 13 minutes.
In the 31st minute Ozan Tufan added the third goal while Banza missed from the penalty spot on 49 minutes.
The win saw Trabzonspor move up to ninth place on 25 points in the league table.
