Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Yomi Fabiyi has continued to speak over his alleged affair with his colleague, Bimpe Oyebade fondly known as Mo Bimpe.

In June 2022, a fan asked the actress why she isn’t on good terms with the actor. The fan asked, “Is it true that you and Yomi dey fight because of sex for role?”(sic)

Bimpe replied: “NO! In fact, he didn’t ask me out till we finished his movie I featured in (though he said if he knew I was going to turn him down, he would have done that before shooting the movie). We don’t relate because he insisted on either dating me or being enemies and I had to choose.”

Fabiyi had denied the “sex-for-role” allegation leveled against him in a post shared on his Instagram page in June where he shared a screenshot of the chat he had with Mo Bimpe in 2016.

The actor stated that he helped Bimpe into the movie industry without any condition, but she ruined her chances to come into the limelight because she was too desperate and ungrateful.

Yomi Fabiyi Exposes Mo Bimpe Oyebade

During a recent interview, the movie star recounted how he helped the actress rise to stardom by starring her in his movie when nobody knew her, stressing that the actress Toyin Abraham who Mo Bimpe has made her mentor didn’t respond to her when she greeted her the first they met at his location.

Fabiyi, who also denied asking Mo Bimpe for sex before starring in a movie, said she was trying to use him as a scapegoat by accusing him of sexual assault after sleeping with many more before marriage to fellow actor, Lateef Adedimeji.

He said, “I made Actress Mo Bimpe who she is today by starring her in my movie when nobody knew her and I never asked her for sx before I put her in the movie.

“The Toyin she made her mentor today didn’t respond when she greeted her the first time they met at my location. Why is she screaming my name for SEual assault when many men have slept with her before she settled down”.
