A statement by the Public Relations Officer, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi said the suspect’s negligence led to the death of a 3-year-old girl, Esther Samuel.
He was arrested after a report was lodged at Imasayi Divisional headquarters that a 13-year-old boy, Ope Babalola shot Esther.
