President of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Mike Bamiloye has assured Nigerians that they will survive the current Naira scarcity just as they survived the ravaging coronavirus.
The 62-year-old televangelist and filmmaker made the declaration in an Instagram post on Saturday.
He termed the hardship caused by the redesign of the N200, N500 and N1000 notes as koworona (money scarcity) virus.
“Once upon a time! Coronavirus came upon us and it came to pass!
“This one too koworona virus has come upon us, and it shall pass away!
“We shall survive this virus too! We shall not be consumed in this! It shall come to pass!” Mike Bamiloye wrote.
There have been violent protests in different parts of the country over the withdrawal of old naira notes and non-availability of the new ones.
