US-based Nigerian rapper, Olubowale Victor Akintimehin, popularly known as Wale, has claimed that Nigerian parents are tough and are never impressed.
The 36-year-old rapper made this claim on his Instagram page, where he shared a personal experience of how his parents reacted when he signed up to his record label Interscope.
Wale wrote: “Nigerian parents… The toughest… Remembering when I signed with Interscope and a week later they asked me to get a job. They are never impressed and that’s maybe why I’m like this.”
