KanyiDaily recalls that President Buhari had traveled to London on March 30, where he would be spending two weeks to enable him to undergo a medical checkup.
On Monday, April 5, Buhari’s supporters stormed the gate of the Nigeria House in London, carrying placards bearing various inscriptions to show that they believe in Nigeria’s unity despite the challenges in the country at the moment.
One placard said, “We are stronger together,” while another said, “We pray for President Buhari and our armed forces.”
This is coming just a few days after Reno Omokri, a former aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, led a group of people to protest at the Nigeria House against Buhari’s decision to have his medical checkup in London.
