The Police on Wednesday arraigned three men, who allegedly stole a truck loaded with flat iron sheet worth N40 million, in an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court.
The police charged Isah Oseni, 35, Fatai Fasasi, 23, and Alao Ambali, 67, with two counts of conspiracy and stealing.
The trio, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

The Chief Magistrate, Mr J.A. Adegun, admitted the defendants to N500, 000 bail each with one surety each in like sum.
He adjourned the case until April 15 for trial.
