A pastor has been caught on camera selling holy water that could make people ‘rich and successful’ in the street of Lagos State.

In the video, the Pastor who claim he attends ‘CELE Church’ could be seen telling a supposed customer that the anointing water makes people rich.

When asked if the water turned him into a rich man since he started selling it, the pastor did not give any concrete answer, but added that each bottle of the holy water costs N200.
