
A Former Aviation Minister in Nigeria, Femi Fani-Kayode, has described Former President Olusegun Obasanjo as the man for whom he has the utmost love, respect and admiration.
Fani-Kayode said this on Friday while celebrating Obasanjo on his birthday.
DAILY POST reports that the former President is celebrating his 84th birthday today.
Fani-Kayode, in a message on his social media handles, said Obasanjo is the father of the nation, adding that he is truly a great man.
In his prayer, the former Minister asked God to give Obasanjo strength, guard and guide him.
“Happy birthday to President Olusegun Obasanjo, the father of our nation and a truly great man, for whom I have the utmost love, respect and admiration. May God continue to grant you good health, favour and strength sir and may He guard and guide you jealously.”
DAILY POST reports that Obasanjo had appointed Fani-Kayode as his Special Assistant (Public Affairs), from July 2003 until June 2006.
He was also appointed the Minister of Culture and Tourism, from June 22 to 7 November 7, 2006.
