A businessman took to social media to cry out after the dispatch rider, removed the tracker and eloped with his motorcycle hours after he was employed.
Ufuoma Tony said the dispatch rider who gave his name as Joseph Emmanuel, began work on Tuesday, Feb 2, but hours later, he switched off his phone, disabled the tracker on the bike, and hasn’t been seen or heard from since then.
Tony said the bike is just two months old, cost him N500K and is his only source of livelihood.
He said he has been to the address the bike rider gave him but it appears he gave the wrong information. He has also contacted the guarantor the bike rider gave him but he is claiming that he doesn’t know the bike rider.
