A video has surfaced online showing the moment a Nigerian soldier was seen educating the masses and advising them to desist from looting palliatives.
In the trending video, the soldier was heard advising the youths not to loot the COVID-19 palliative meant for NYSC members in Kubwa, Abuja.
This came after youths stormed Kubwa in Abuja, to loot food items kept for NYSC Corp members resuming on the 10th of November for the NYSC orientation camp.
