Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina is set to make his 60th Serie A appearance overall for Torino on Wednesday when they welcome Verona to the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, Completesports.com reports.
Aina played his 59th Serie A game in all but 29 so far this season on Sunday when Torino suffered a 2-0 defeat in the hands of Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi.
He scored one goal in 30 matches in the Italian top-flight during the 2018/19 season after linking up with Torino on loan from former club Chelsea.
So far this season, though, the 23-year-old is yet to find the back of the net in the Serie A, having registered two assists in 29 appearances for Torino.

Meanwhile, Aina who is eyeing his second goal and 43rd start in the Serie A has reacted to his side’s loss to Fiorentina, saying their best was not enough.
Aina who saw full action has expressed his disappointment. “The team tried very hard, but unfortunately we were unable to bring home points,” Aina told Tuttomercato.
“We conceded too early and this complicated things, then doubling made everything even more difficult. But we have not stopped playing and we have tried to reopen the game until the last few minutes.
“In these minutes, we have worked hard to play higher and be more present in the area but unfortunately, it was not enough.” Torino paid €9.8m to sign him permanently from Chelsea last summer.
