Coronavirus suspect fighting officials after he tried to escape from isolation
There was drama at an unknown location in Nigeria after a suspected COVID-19 patient was caught trying to escape from isolation centre.
The suspect refused to be taken by the car brought to convey him to the isolation centre. In the dramatic video, he could be seen fighting tooth and nail in order to avoid entering the vehicle. The struggle took minutes with the officials exposed to the suspect during the scuffle.
The video has left tongues wagging with many saying the vehicle and officials alongside the suspect should all be quarantined.
So far, Nigeria, Africa’s most populous country, has over 17,000 cases of COVID-19.
