Willy Boly finished Gameweek 8 as the MVP, with 12 points! The French centre-half was vital keeping a clean sheet against Brighton, at home, and also got his name on the scoresheet!

Dream Team

As always, the #DreamTeam has a selection of the best showings in England Sim Fantasy’s Gameweek 8.

This round 8 clubs made it into the Dream Team. Liverpool took 3 spots, Man City another 2 and Arsenal, Bournemouth, Burnley, Wolves, Norwich and Aston Villa filled up the remaining spots.

Up ahead, Arsenal’s Aubameyang (10 points) had a fundamental brace at Bournemouth where Joshua King (9 points) scored and had an assist for the home side. Sergio Agüero (9 points) did the same (goal+ assist) for the Citizens.

In the middle of the park, Riyad Mahrez (12 points) scored twice and assisted one in Man City’s difficult trip to Leicester, Sadio Mané(11 points) opened the scoresheet and had an assist for a Salah-less Liverpool. Dwight McNeil (8 points), who assisted both of Burnley’s goals for an away draw, and Xherdan Shaqiri (8 points) had a good outing replacing the Egyptian King.

At the back, Willy Boly (12 points) was the man for Wolves, and the MVP for the round, joined by Ben Godfrey (7 points), who scored in Norwich’s draw, and Björn Engels (7 points) who got a point back Aston Villa with a late goal. Adrián San Miguel (6 points) kept Liverpool’s clean sheet for the game and is the round pick between the sticks.
