Enyeama Applauds Osimhen’s Superb Goal In Lille’s Home Defeat To Marseille

Vincent Enyeama has showered encomium on Victor Osimhen after the Nigerian forward scored for the second consecutive league game in Lille’s 2-1 home loss to Olympic Marseille on Sunday, reports Completesports.com.

Osimhen put Lille ahead in the 51st minute controlling a defence splitting pass from Jonathan Bamba before slotting home.

Marseille however rallied back to win the contest following Mandava’s own goal and Dario Benedetto’s effort.

Enyeama, a former Lille goalkeeper took to the social media to celebrate Osimhen’s performance in the game.

“Great call from deep by Victor Osimhen. Very good pass by Bamba, but the finish from Osimhen [was a] very high level. Proud of you Victor,” Enyeama tweeted.

Osimhen has scored 13 goals and provided four assists in 24 league games for Lille this season.
