Lookman’s 10th League Goal Not Enough As Struggling Atalanta Fall To Napoli

Ademola was on target for Atalanta which, unfortunately, was not enough as they fell to a 3-2 defeat at home to Napoli in Saturday’s Serie A game.

Lookman took his tally in the league to 10 goals, five assists in 18 games this season.

The reigning CAF Player of the Year needs one more goal to equal his league tally for last season (11 goals).

Atalanta have now gone five straight games without a win, recording three draws and two defeats.

For Antonio Conte’s Napoli, the win against Atalanta took their winning run to six consecutive games.

The defeat leaves Atalanta in third position on 43 points and seven points behind leaders Napoli.
